Georgian "Such is Life" Cherub Intaglio Fob Pendant instagram DATE: Imperial RussianDATE: Georgian, c. 1830 An extremely charming Georgian seal fob, set with a glass base and intaglio carved with "Telle Est La Vie" or "Such is Life" as we know it. Below, two little cherubs are seen balancing on a see saw. This gorgeous depiction symbolizes life's ups and downs, and the balance between innocence and experience Such is life! I love this seal and the message it holds, and its topped with a cute little rooster! Its modelled in pinchbeck
